We provide personal home care support and services for senior citizens funded by private and/or federal government home care packages in metropolitan Melbourne and Adelaide.
We are committed to providing all customers with high-quality, caring and trustworthy care and support services.
The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme, funded by the Australian Government, plays a vital role in providing companionship for older people living in aged care homes or living in their own homes and receiving or waitlisted for a home care package.
With the support of the government, ACG & AUSCC are authorized to promote the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS). Visits are for seniors receiving home care packages (HCP), especially for CALD Group Senior (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Group) provides free visitation services.
