About Us

We were established in 2012. We are the approved Home Care Packages (HCP) Provider and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) provider. Our goal is to provide quality home care support and wellbeing services for the older people in the community in a cost-effective manner in metropolitan Melbourne, Victoria, and in metropolitan Adelaide South Australia. We are here to answer your questions and assist you in navigating the best home care options!

Commonwealth Home Support Programme

From Nov 2024. We become the official CHSP provider to provide services to the older people who needs the entry level support at home.

The program aims to:

help older people live as independently as possible
focus on working with them, rather than doing things for them
give a small amount of help to a large number of people.

Most people in the CHSP only need 1 or 2 services to help them stay independent. We can provide services such as:

help around the house (domestic assistance)
transport services

We provide personal home care support and services for senior citizens funded by private and/or federal government home care packages in metropolitan Melbourne and Adelaide.

We are committed to providing all customers with high-quality, caring and trustworthy care and support services.

The Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme, funded by the Australian Government, plays a vital role in providing companionship for older people living in aged care homes or living in their own homes and receiving or waitlisted for a home care package.

With the support of the government, ACG & AUSCC are authorized to promote the Aged Care Volunteer Visitors Scheme (ACVVS). Visits are for seniors receiving home care packages (HCP), especially for CALD Group Senior (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Group) provides free visitation services.
